Does anyone know how to beat this darn game??? IT'S IMPOSSIBLE I TELL YA! It's been driving me nuts collecting dust when I want to beat it but can't even score a scratch on the last guy...

In case it isn't the end, I'm stuck on a floating rock with the wizard who zaps ya and there are vines that pop up and knock you off into the lava.

yeah, it's dated especially now, but if you can stomach the difficulty of learning the swordplay with the mouse, it can be really fun. Especially the arena where you take on several of the weakest to the strongest and a combination of them in different settings. It's fairly hairy. The main story is old school, but doable. It has the tendancy to have some brutal effects of lopping off body parts, and sometimes it's just worth it to see how horribly you can die. Just wish I knew how to fight the final guy... That's the only real drawback to me. Doesn't clue me in at all where to start or what to do.

umm,
5 years or so since,
well,
my memorys not so great...

But he was wizard right?
And then there was a lot of jumping over the lava(?) while balancing on some patforms eh?
Or am I just confusing this end of game to some other?

Just completed this game a long time ago...

But if i am right it goes all about timing...you should wait and at the moment the wizard is doing someting you should react :ok:

I don't think I ever finished the single player game -- multiplayer was far more fun. :D It was a whole lot easier to control with joystick than mouse though.

well thanks for the insight. Timing huh? Sheesh, I remember doing everything from going after him head on to walking backwards. There were even times I just tried to outlast and stay alive to see if maybe he'd change attacks and go after me... Dunno. Guess I'll have to play it to that part again and see what's up.
