Hey Guys,

I've found my way back to Abandonia at long last, which means I'll be subjecting you to a weekly torrent of torture in the shape of craptastic art.

I had an art thread up in the past. With around about 65 pages of 'stuff'. I'll do my best to match that figure. Hell, I'll aim for 70 pages and see how we get on.

I guess you should all be thankful that my old gallery is gone, it really was a colourful collection of crap. Now, it's little more than a collection of broken images and bad pre-teen English. In a bid to legitimize my return to Abandonia, the Art Forum in particular I have knocked up a new signature and avatar.

Here's something I whipped up, trying to get back into the swing of things. I was messing around trying to get to grips with making a nice background.

Working my way around my brushes and fonts!

I threw in the image I made my sigs with, to theme it up as an Abandonia piece.

I dug up this userbar/signature combo from a few weeks ago. Suffice to say, I don't really understand the userbar trend. Long live the chunky signature!

What's that in the ABCrypt's background? Something is ghosting in the back.

I like the powerful, lush red you used in the red version.



PS: I have no clue if it's idiomatic english to say that a color is lush... :D

@ Crybkeeper - Thanks bud. I am glad you like it.

@ Icewolf - Funnily enough, there's nothing 'ghoulish' in the background. It's just a bunch of 'ink splatters' and some cool 'grunge' brushes. Most of the background is made up of textures, and images I've sown together from

CGTextures.com

I modify, crop, resize, etc and then 'paint over' with some of the brushes I have.

In short, nothing fiendish hidden away there.. although I was planning to work some tombstones, and stuff into the design. I ended up afraid of cluttering it up!

Hey Guys/Girls,

I've been in a pretty artsy mood the last few days. Not much to do other than run, watch tv and make some arts :)

Running is great!

Anyway, here's a new image for you. I've just finished it, took me a few hours to make but I think it's worth it!

I have a high-res copy of this, sitting at 201mb. It's 2560 x 2048 pixels.

I've attached a resized version, so I don't clog up your web-browser. There are also a few signature graphics I made from the main image.

Thanks for the kind words. Glad you like my stuff so far.

You mentioned 'web design', I've actually had a few go's at that myself in the past. I even started coding up my own templates for a little while. Headaches ensued.

I made it a month or two ago, I think. Quite like it though!

Most of my work is photo-manipulation so anything from Photoshop,Gimp,Coreldraw etc will do!

Whipped up a few new sigs. Not really happy with them. Not sure why.

I've offered to make a few 'Halo 3' themed sigs, so expect some more from me soonish.
