Doing school assigment - need answers ASAP

I've been meant to start this on weekend, but then I got sick and everything. I dont have much time now, so I'd appreciate if you'd all lend a hand on this.

Basically, this is an old school assigment I was meant to do, but as teacher never seem to have received it, I have to do it again.

Its simple, you just answer to bunch of questions. Marketing and mathematic stuff. If you feel that the information is too sensitive to post in the forums, you can drop me off at PM. And no, Im not using these as an actual marketing research or something.
