Hugo Trilogy Is Still Being Sold

I noticed that the Hugo games have been added to this site. They are awesome games and they fully deserve to be here except for the fact that they are stil being sold by the developer. Find it at http://www.dgray.com/hwpage.htm

Thing is... he sells the Windows-remakes. These're the original Dos-versions. Making another Windows-remake of it would mean making the same products as him, then selling them, while he's got the copyright for it. But since this's a different version of it, it's different. He doesn't seem to even mention these on his site.

Not 100% sure, but weren't the DOS versions back in the days released as freeware?
