I have a manual for Pizza Tycoon and I've noticed it's not available on the site. It's a 8Mb PDF file which doesn't much.

How can I contribute it?

And, now that you mention it, I've noticed a logo of the underdogs on the first page.

So it's probably irrelevant :(
