Battle Toads [NON-PC]

Battle toads is a beat 'em up game, similar to double dragon. The difference is that you control toads through different levels, some of which are very different (on 1 level you have to fight a giant robot from the robot's view, throwing rocks at him. On level two you have to go down a chasm with a rope fighting monsters. On level three you have to ride a hoverbike through an obstacle course...) and very difficult. I have the game with a genesis emulator (a genesis game).

All I need now is instructions how to upload the game (the abandonia tutorial didn't help much), and the clarification if it's really abandoned.

According to Mobygames, the game was not released for PC.

first of all, it was fun. and second of all, we also have winport of final fantasy on this site, why not battletoads too

and reloaded could add it as well

It does not matter at all. The Endless Nova and ADOM too, in case you didn't know, were games added (or reviewed) before Reloaded was created. I asked Kosta myself that ADOM remained on Abandonia, and he agreed. I beleive there must be something similar which happened to Endless Nova.

The rule is very clear: since Reloaded was created, any freeware, remakes, and basicaly any game which are not original old DOS games belong to Reloaded.

There is no reason to even discuss this. It already been said there was no port from console to PC for this game (and I'd be very, very surprised if there ever been one) and thus this game falls under the jurisdiction of Reloaded. Reloaded been pretty quiet for a while now, there is no reason to "steal" their game to down them even more.

and honestly "this game is freeware, omg let's put it on ar" is not always right, imagine abandonware game released as freeware, dunno, gta released as freeware, you put it to reloaded? that's wrong

anyways, frodo updates games sometimes, it's not the content's fault but advertisment sucks.

Actualy Russ, I've just downloaded it to check it out. It seems that the download consist of ROM packed with Gens, which is a Sega Genesis emulator.

That's an epic fail buddy... You're bickering over something which would never be added either at Abandonia or Abandonia Reloaded... Not only that, but the link provided above should even be deleted right away. :p
