i don't know how was this game called, and i'm not even sure if it's good for abandonia but anyways,

i just thought somebody could help me identify the game i played some time ago, now i just can't find the freaking name.

so i played a demo,

*it was a turn-based strategy, something like jagged alliance/ UFO/ fallout, you know combat system like that.

*it was all kinda comic/ bold lines drawn, 2d, but nice graphics! at least 640x480

*like in jagged alliance, you hired some dudes and gave them some weapons before a mission

*the demo was inside an officie building, but the game itself looked like it's mostly played in interiors

*i kinda think there was something like 'shadow' in the name, but i wouldn't bet on that it might be completely wrong. actually, forget about that one

any ideas? =/

IIRC, HOTU has it.
The download is broken, which is absolutely tragic. The enemies don't show up and as soon as they're shot at, the game crashes.

Are we accepting Hitgaming or not? Because if not, then this is approved.

SouthPeak left ESA, so its not protected anymore, but what about sold-Status?

Publisher/developer (Red Storm Entertainment) is an ESA member but the game is not protected since 31.03.2010.
Still sold on Amazon. (http://www.amazon.de/Pointsoft-GmbH-Shadow-Watch/dp/B00005T66I/ref=sr_1_1?s=videogames&ie=UTF8&qid=1312477551&sr=1-1)de (http://www.amazon.de/Take-2-Shadow-Watch/dp/B00004TPZG/ref=sr_1_2?s=videogames&ie=UTF8&qid=1312477551&sr=1-2), so I think it should remain rejected.

since when do we consider amazon leftover copies to be a valid official gamebox source?

Those copies are marked as 'Versand durch Amazon.de' ('Sold by Amazon.de') so they count.
