Rather more recent than our usual fare, but MobyGames confirms that the developers have gone out of business and the minimum specs are pleasantly low for a game released in 2005. I'm actively looking for a used copy, so once I get my hands on one I'll see how far down I can compress an ISO image.

The developers alone are not as much important as the publishers.
All games published by Bethesda Softworks are considered off-limits, unfortunately.

Bugger. Oh, well, I think most people here can stretch to twelve quid.

Amazon Marketplace links to third-party sellers. I assume it's still protected, though?

EDIT: protected it is.

Yup, since the publisher is Bethesda.
