I've been rummaging through my game cupboard and I've gone through and found a bunch I *think* aren't on the site. Obviously, correct me if I'm wrong. I went through the oldwarez list and took out any that were already onsite and checked through any that were listed as still sold.
Bold Green shows a game that's been approved
Bold Red shows a game that has been denied
Enigma Pinball - (by Epic Megagames) - 1994 - Fully Boxed
Xargon: The mystery of the Blue Builder - (by Epic Megagames) - 1994 - Fully Boxed
Crash & Burn Pinball - (by Epic Megagames) - 1994 - Fully Boxed
Jungle Pinball - (by Epic Megagames) - 1994 - Fully Boxed
Solar Winds - (by Epic Megagames) - 1994 - Fully Boxed
Journeyman Project Turbo - (by Presto Studios) - 1994 -
The following are a list of Gametek games that were bought in a huge gametek compilation set and are listed clearly in the oldwarez list as abandonware but some are not yet present on the site:
Hell: A Cyberpunk Thriller
The Humans 3: Evolution Lost in Time
Hole in One
Starball
Millenia
Hellfire Zone
Maximum Roadrace
Super Stardust
Cyberbykes
Beareau 13
Star Crusader
I've also got a completely different box for a game called Genesia, yet this appears to be the same game as Ultimate Domain which is already onsite. Not sure if this is relevant but if needed I can provide a different Boxshot for it.
I also noticed today that the CD shot of Warcraft: Orcs and Humans is different to my original CD of the same game, which has Interplay in place of Blizzard? Again I'm not sure if it's relevant or not..
Anyway, I wasn't sure where else to post this so I hope I'm not breaking any rules.

Even if they are not sold they could still be protected by copyright. Sometimes it is necessary to wait a specified number of years before they are eligible to be added. David seems to be the guy who can check that status for you. Is Journeyman DOS or Win 3.x?
I don't have much time in these days, but at first sight I see you asked for games made by Epic Megagames.
They are often sold at "EpicClassics", this time we are lucky, it seems that only "Solar Winds" is sold there.
EpicClassics (http://www.epicclassics.com/orderform.html).
And another thing, isn't your "Beareau 13" this one on site?

Sorry, I'll check the other titles soon, now I'm a bit busy :)
P.S. in the meantime anyone can check if a game is still sold around the net, especially at Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/computer-video-games-hardware-accessories/b/ref=sa_menu_cvg3?ie=UTF8&node=468642&pf_rd_p=328655101&pf_rd_s=left-nav-1&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_i=507846&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=0YWKHMW8NB68A00V20EP) and CDAccess (http://www.cdaccess.com/).

Strange I must have skipped straight over Bureau 13, sorry for that one.
If the Epic classics ones are acceptable (other than solar winds) then I'll have to find myself an external floppy drive as they're all on floppy, but I can provide everything needed for them once I'm back at home =]
Enigma was one of my favourite pinball games, there's nothing on the screen until the ball hits it o_o trippy. I'm not suprised they're not still sold as 'classics' though, we only bought them because they were stupidly cheap and the guy looked like he couldn't give them away lol
As for Journeyman Project Turbo, I can't check the disk at the moment but all sites point towards win 3.x (although I can't find any reference to the box that my copy came in). I also found a 'new' shrink wrapped factory copy for sale on amazon so I'm guess that's auto out for that one, though he does also add at the end "never opened or played" which has always struck me as something you'd only say if you've had it lying around for a while up in your attic.
Second step: Epic MegaGames (http://www.abandonia.com/en/company/Epic+MegaGames%2C+Inc.) is not an ESA member.
So Xargon isn't protected (Published & Developed by EpicMegaGames) and isn't sold.

I haven't found buy links.
I'll go ahead soon :)
Star Crusader is sold at Amazon => Link (http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B0003318M8/ref=dp_olp_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1209907474&sr=1-1) and CDAccess => Link (http://www.cdaccess.com/html/quick/starcruspj.htm)

I'm adding info about Gametek on Oldwarez list.

I was able to find a Floppy drive to rip them all and yes, that screenie is the same game.
I'm guessing all the pinball ones are a no go then?
I've also discovered that although the box and floppy says Xargon : The mystery of the Blue Builders, when running the game itself it was actually Xargon 2: The Secret Chamber. According to wikipedia Xargon 1 was originally released as shareware.
Not sure if that changes anything, but otherwise they appear to be in good working order.
Haven't checked all the Gametek ones though yet.
