Introduction
Hello. Today I will force your attention to a mod (now a stand-alone game) Red Alert:A path beyond. Originaly, Red Alert:A path beyond (later mentioned as APB in the post) began in 2003 and was named Renegade Alert, a mod which was based on idea to port Command & Conquer:Red Alert onto engine of Command & Conquer:Renegade as a First Person Shooter. Being in production for a few years, and after a few version - it is now a stand-alone product only a with solid gameplay, fanbase, and expirienced team behind the production. The game follows the basics of Command & Conquer:Red Alert, staying true to the balance of the sides and roles of each induvidual unit. I am welcoming you to join the battle between the Allies and Soviets, as they fight over the control of Europe. You have been a commander for far too long... perhaps it's time to see the battle from another view point?

I remember playing Renalert when it first was released. Tanya was overpowered IMO lol. Question: What do you mean stand alone? You don't need Renegade anymore to play it?

Yes, the game does not requier Renegade anymore, and is now basicly a stand alone game. EA allowed for project to exist, and will not bother it. The balance itself is equal to all sides, so each side should be perfectly happy!

by the way, running an xp on 512 ram must be as fast as like trying to ride on a cat's back

I know, I would buy one, except for one reason

The games keep getting more system intensive, and if I want good games, I need a computer that will be able to play the ones coming out for the next 2-3 years, this means i need a top-of-the-line-for-now-type of pc,. which are the ones that cost like $2000 sadly..

oh wells, im going golfing tommorrow!

PS3:600
XBOX 360:400
WII:300
---------------------
Total:1,(.)300

Top of the line PC, made by yourself:Price... around 600-700

But anyway, I am also stuck with a bad/old computer (Heh, quiet possibly the second worst (After you, of course)). The hardware is terribly outdated due to motherboard. I dunoo if I'll be able to get a new one next year, year after that, e.t.c.

no, i meant kinda GOOD pc. i really don't know in what expensive retailers do you buy the pcs. maybe you don't build them by yourself, or i don't know. for the lower price you can get also decent pc which will run the new games, really

Two different games. APB has a specs just a bit (really!) above Renegades specs. It looks prettier though. :)
