Elroy hits the Pavement

Does anyone have a working CD for either, or better yet both of them? Headbone dropped rights on it and none of their games are ESA protected. Unfortunately, no one has put them on the internet either, seeing as how very few people have heard of it.

Would it still qualify for abandonware since the company can no longer profit from the very, very few out of print retail copies?

That isn't logic at all. The distributor wants to sell copies. And therefor it doesn't matter how many copies he has got left. Otherwise you could ask him to give it to you free of charge...

I'm asking whether or not it is abandonware due to the fact that the company who designed and published the game itself can no longer make profit off of the retail outlets.
