Is it abandonware?
Rising Lands (1997)

Microids isn't an ESA member ( Microids (http://www.abandonia.com/en/company/Micro%C3%AFds) )
Status: bankrupt.

Microïds Canada was acquired by Ubi Soft in 2005, so Microïds is an ESA member subsidiary (it's also on the ESA list (http://www.abandonia.com/vbullet/showpost.php?p=301539&postcount=2)). And the game is sold at Amazon.de (http://www.amazon.de/exec/obidos/tg/detail/offer-listing/-/B00004TOPC/new). How do we handle non-English sales?

Ok, we have to update our site then, it says, ESA member: No.;)

Didn't know it was also called "Die Herrschaft der Clans" :D (what does it means?? :p)
Edit: About Non-English sales...well I think we should handle them like English ones, do you remember the polish link of Dungeoun Keeper?

That list has still some kinks.

The Reign of the Clans or, especially for you, Il regno dei clan.

You could play it in English even if it was the Polish version (bilingual, I think to recall).
Vielen Dank, dass Sie viel Luchsen.
However to be sure I think we should take those links into consideration...I mean, the copyright of a game should be the same for every language version, right?

We take the safe route anyway if no higher one approves it. :D
Sure :cheesy:, moved to rejected.

Hey,
Is this game going to be up for download or in the cellar by chance?
It's been approved but can't find it anywhere here.

Oh well, I'll wait.
I found a site to download it but it doesn't seem like a legit site. Their forum has been abandoned and is full of spam of ads and stuff.
