HI all,

I am really ' irritated ' at present as my broadband has been totally rubish this last week going from a 6-7 MB speed in the morning to 400kbps tops after 5pm

has anybody else had this problem? especially if you are with tiscalli or Pipex?

I have spoken to their so called tech support 4 times this week and have got nothing but stupid comments , sugestions that the fault is down to my connections / wireless router and requests for me to run more speed tests aven though the problem only occurs after 5PM

I was sure I had ended up being FUP'd somehow ( I am not a big downloader! ) but they insist that I am not and now it is getting to be a real pain as it is pretty much stopping my online gaming

There have been some issues with a broken connection, not many but some. BUT: The support from these guys is nothing short of totally great. You have no problems getting through on the phone and they will, if they can, fix the problems on the spot. Now it seems my modem is malfunctioning, I called them:"Hey, no problems, mate, we'll have another one sent for you right away". Just great support :)

All that my connection costs me was a WiFi card @ the price of €24,99

Perfect Connection. >:)

Get no problems with mine, except last month but that was because there is some heavy duty construction going on and I'm sure they hit some of the lines for internet/phone and whatnot, also decent their support line as sometimes they will mention right as you call, service is down for blah blah whatever region, pretty lucky I've been, my provider not always seen the best by others.
