I have played the demo of Earth 2140 and i loved it. Great graphics and great sound with a gameplay close to Comand and Conquer makes this game really great. The units are customizable and you can pick and choose from bodys and weapons. There is also a nice tech tree and three differnt races. I would really like to see a quality RTS like this. I did check the AW list and it was listed as

I would also like to see it on the site. I didn't even know it was abandonware. Now if only we could find someone having the game it would be perfect :D

Hmm...considering that just yesterday I bought Xpand Rally from Topware, and that few weeks ago I bought the 2150 trilogy (for about 4 us dollars), I am not so sure that 2140 is ABW. I know that topware sells its games through its own store and (where I got them) through Stardock.
Still, if it is ABW, I would like to see it too.

I might be getting the full CD DOS version next week. Maybe Kosta would like to add it on the site...

Somehow I have a feeling it might be a tad too large and bordering with the age policy as well.

Abandonware (OWList)
I've found this...but seems not reliable:
Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B000EY37IE/ref=dp_olp_2/104-2738069-8622324?ie=UTF8&qid=1189623785&sr=8-1)

Checked seller's feedback. A lot of complaints about software being inoriginal, damaged, lacking any user manual, packaged in paper sleeve rather than advertised jewel case, and in one case lacking a serial # required to install the program.
Those circumstances lead me to believe at least a portion of seller's stock is comprised of illicit duplicates.
Let me search better, this game is quite new.
Edit:
I've found this link:
