A few years ago, I ran across a person simulation simply entitled "Caveman," from a company I believe was called Rockland Software Productions, or something similar. At the time, I did not enjoy it enough to spend my money on the full version, but I have recently not been able to shake the urge to get it again and explore it more thoroughly. Unfortunately, Rockland Software seems to have gone under, and they hosted all their games from their own download server, so all the external links are dead. I am not sure if this is the type of material Abandonia can use, or even if it can be aquired at all, much less for free, but I for one would like to know if it is out there somewhere, and if I can get my hands on it.

Well, here you can buy it:

Is this one?

That's the same as the dozens I've already encountered. It offers to sell you an activation code, but the download link is dead, so you have nothing to activate. Yes, though, the review does correspond to the game I'm talking about, which seems to have dropped off the face of the Earth.

Here seems to work, but it's a shareware version, I hope you'll be able to get a license.

Edit: no...server down...did you try with e-bay?

I've searched on about 15 sites...nothing...nothing and nothing...only Joe & Mac Caveman ninja and some Nes games...
Himo we are talking about an abandonware game (not really sure), but it's impossible to find a link where you can buy it and Rockland Software doesn't exit anymore...there's only a shareware version around, maybe someone has a copy at home.

I'll try eBay, but I doubt anyone has it, considering that I have yet to meet someone who's even seen it before. Thanks for the help, anyway.

It appears that the current links provided no longer provide a way to purchase the full game.

Caveman v1.3 was cracked.

Losses were so bad, I had to close the company.

Rockland Software Productions started development of Caveman v3.0 in 2012.

Caveman v3.0 is now in public beta testing, an will probably be released this summer.
