As far as I can tell it's abandonware.

I'm sorry, there is only a German version and I doubt you can play it without knowledge of that language. So I would say: [REJECTED: NON-ENGLISH]

Ah, I thought since there's a german version of abandonia you might also consider uploading german games.

Can you help me find it anyway? So far I've only found some amiga versions... I think I ruled out all the results google gives when searching for "Aufschwung Ost".

Thanks, I tried that one, but for some reason the download doesn't start. I've no idea why.. I don't think it's the browser's fault, since I tried IE and Mozilla. Are there any common problems when downloading from that site?

And I'm not sure whether Aufschwung Ost ist playable for non-german people. As far as I remember it's quite complex, so probably not. But I'll tell you, if it's ok for non-germans, after I get it.

Edit: I tried again and now it works.. No idea what went wrong before..

Ok, thanks. After the intro I click on "Neues Spiel", then a menu opens where I can choose a scenario, but when I do nothing happens.

Run AOCONFIG.EXE and/or try to start the game (best via AO.EXE) and a scenario (best the last) several times. If it doesn't work I will split this into a new thread in Troubleshooting forum.

Ok, now Sunkist is a happy german man: he has the game & he is able to play it.
But no way to add it on Abandonia.
