Does anyone play Sega Genesis games online?

which emu do you use? plus which games? i've always been interested in it but never got round to it.

i used to try..
using GENS emulator and kaillera for netplay. but it was always laggy and unplayable (even though i have a good internet connection)

yes, I have the same emulator and I`m using kaillera, it lags, but I have a pretty slow connection. I`m not very familliar withm these things, I`ll try to host my own server, (if it`s possible) to play a "normal" game without lagg...
I play almost every game for Sega Genesis, exept for Fifa (which I consider to be a very boring game). Street fighter, Mortal Kombat, Top Gear 2, NBA Live... The last two are my favourite (that are not single player only).

latest version of gens? and which version of the roms do you use so i can get them (i'm not going to post rom links at all though) plus what's your kaillera name and which servers do you usually play on?

The genesis only had 2 players max. Unlike the Nintendo it never even had a 4 player adapter.
