It's Not Abandonware But Who Cares

In less than one hour in GMT (11pm) the official trailer for GTA 4 will play at http://www.rockstargames.com/IV/

You all need to know this, and if you have to ask me why, you probably live under a rock. Rockstar have promised that the trailer will be so much more than a mere teaser, and will give fans a real look at what the game is going to be like.

Hopefully it will settle the debate as to what location the game is set in.


Go there now and you might avoid the queues. No one is entirely sure what kind of servers Rockstar have set up for this, so there may or may not be a horrible bandwidth shortage when thousands upon thousands of people try to view it all at the same time.

Why are you still reading this? It should be pretty clear what you need to be doing right now.

um...dude...that timer says 13 22 23 14 on it... I guess that means 13 days 22 hours 23 minutes and 14 seconds, cuz it's seemingly counting backwards.... Either you mistook the date, or the queue is more than 13 days long o.O

I think your internet is broken. Although it might be their servers, not many people I know actually saw it at their site, I myself had to find a download link. In response to Titan - I NOES! 1:03? What a let down! They said no teasers. If that wasn't a teaser then I'm the Queen of Sheba.

yeah, that was majorly disapointing especially as I was emailed about a week ago to say it was comming out in a week :) . It was too short and didn't show any gameplay which to me makes it just a waste of time as any game can have fancy looking cutscenes

Grand Theft Auto is one of the most disappointing franchises ever IMO. I don't make any excuses, it just sucks. There's been no ingenuity since the GTA3. (By the way, that's "period")

BTW, what is the amulet of yendor Chosen?

i think the "ingenuity" in any of GTAs is just about the same (by the way my grandma must live under a STONEHENGE)
