There was an arcade game I had many years ago, and I can't remember what it is called. Can anyone help please?

You were some kind of manaquin \ robot guy. You had to walk along the street, and avoid various car tyres, spanners, and other car-related object that came flying at you. You could do this by jumping over them, or ducking under them.

Every time you got hit, you would lose one of your arms or legs. I distinctly remember crawling along the street using my arms, because I had lost both legs. You could pick up extra arms or legs as a bonus though.

If you lost all 4 limbs, then the game was over.

Does this ring a bell with anyone?

Sounds like a licensed Incredible Crash Dummies game. Try looking for games with that brand name title.

They also made at least one for the NES and game boy as well.
