Well since you started the thread about your space bar it seems your post is right on topic. But I think maybe a new keyboard could do the trick. :ok:

Did you try to clean it recently? Most old keyboards have a very thin metal "pipe" running under the spacebar. If it is not placed in it's original position when you place the spacebar cover back it will appear to be "loose" and it will be harder to use it effectively.

well I had not prob with space bar but my P1 pc's laptop is like 10 years old, and there is brownish crude that would make any one throw up, between the keys. I kept it the for notalgicness.

Drunk at MSN? Heh, I would like to see that. Well, our PC's in the school are already 1 year old and the keys on the keyboards are sometimes hard to press. :rolleyes:

All of the computers in my house that I use have new keyboards...

First, the one on my laptop had malfunctioning keys (p, g, h, icelandic letters, etc, like you might have noticed before). So I bought new one!
Then the keyboard on the other laptop stopped working. So we bought new, but the day after, mom spilled coffee on it. (DOH!). So we bought another one.
Then, for some reason, mom bought a new keyboard on the third computer... Nothing wrong with the old one, though :blink:

About being drunk on msn... It's really fun talking to drunk people on it!!! :D
I'm usually not online when I'm drunk, though... :whistle:

Hehe, we used to do that at school. We would pull out the keys and swap them around... :sneaky: Quite funny really. we also did it to people calculators. It's really hard to use a calculator when the keys are in the wrong spot :D.

That's a lot of laptops in a very short period of time!

@auhsor
Well if they'd at least put the keys in the wrong place, but NO, the keys were gone (who knows why) and then the entire class was not permitet to use computers for 2 weeks (and I'm one of there teacher - the only one really who uses the computers for something else besides typewriting - so they punished me more then the class really :cry: ). I really hate lectures in front of the board!
