It was requested that I introduce an alphabetically sorted list to the site, so this is a kind of a compromise I made. You can now view a list of all games that appear on the site, and you can sort this list by letter, hits, downloads and popularity. This should make things more flexible if you wish to see what are most downloaded and visited games on the site!

If you have any suggestions regarding this feature, let me know!

in Opera and IE nothing happens when I change it from alphabetical to another sort of listing, while in Firefox i get bumped back to the main page

Not so, but I guess people just don't like to think. It's patetic!

You also add a Date Added in the sort by column, that way it's easy to check up on new games for regulars :sneaky:

What is it based on??

Popularity is some strange formula I came up with, depends on number of visits, downloads, user rating, editor rating and ratio of visits/downloads :tease:

Well, works pretty accurate so far :D

Given enough time you could do it from when the forum thread was made.

Kosta

Except for the games that were added before the actual existance of the forum, and there are around 70 of those I think. But a good idea nontheless :ok:

Great innovation, Kosta. Just had an hour's fun checking out the most and the least. :w00t: Interesting quirk was an Indiana Jones game that's not available for download comes up about half-way through the list for most downloaded games. heh

Nope, Civ 2 is second, UFO is first and will be for the forseeable future.

It's like that also because of size of game.

I uploaded DOS version of UFO, and tonight I'll upload Sound Blaster Pro optimizaed version of Syndicate (a lot of people have a sound problem with that game and this version works great with DOSBox) and hope Kosta will add them to the game list.

And why not add for those games some old date, so everyone will be sure that those games were added first! If you want I can glance through forum threads and tell you the dates?

All of the id numbers for the games put them in the right order, it might not give you the exact date but we don't need the exact date, just the order.
