Quake you could substitute with Wolfenstein 3D for a while.

Other than that, Gregor has the point - these games are still sold, so do not try to ask for download sources or say something like "i dont care its still sold gimme the download NOW" or you risk a warning - or worse. ( :banned: )

You might want to check out Blood (http://www.abandonia.com/games/103/Blood.htm) as a substitute for Quake

Diablo still sold at the locations given by TA.

Quake still sold at ID Software.

Regarding Diablo, CDROMShop is defunct. Other two locations appear to be listing Diablo II Battle Chest, and while the cover image belongs to the old Battle Chest which included the original Diablo and a Diablo II strategy guide, the description and screenshots appear to be referring to the new Battle Chest which only includes Diablo II and Lord of Destruction.

A buyer comment confirms this:
I played this game for hours on end when I was younger and couldn't help myself to buy the battle chest to add to my collection of awesome games. The only problem was that this website advertised that the battle chest included the original (first Diablo) in the battle chest. When my order came by UPS I noticed that this was not the case. I had bought the battle chest from Gamestop.com only for the reason that it advertised that the first Diablo was included in the battle chest. I am happy with having Diablo II and the expansion, but am unhappy that the battle chest did not include what it advertised. If you want to order the Diablo Battle Chest and specifically expect to have the first Diablo included in it this site is not the site to order from!
Note that EBGames appears to be using GameStop's own store, so whatever applies to one also applies to the other.

Blizzard has also removed their official mini-website for the original Diablo (see Archive.org (http://web.archive.org/web/20090722112601/http://www.blizzard.com//us//diablo//)), replacing it with a footnote on their "Legacy games" page.

The "latest" patch for the game has been released just over 10 years ago, so it's not very much supported either.

Found two on Amaz (http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B00001IVBL/ref=sr_1_7_np_0_olp?s=videogames&ie=UTF8&qid=1364763273&sr=1-7&condition=new)on.com (http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B0007YBJ1S/ref=sr_1_3_np_0_olp?s=videogames&ie=UTF8&qid=1364763273&sr=1-3&condition=new). Therefore, the game is still [REJECTED].

What about now? Blizzard have removed it's website by now, and I doubt running a small Battle.net server on an old Pentium II counts as much support.

Doesn't matter what kind of computer the Battle.net server for Diablo is running on - so long as it's run by Blizzard (now Activision-Blizzard) or an authorized third-party, then it counts as a service the developer/publisher is providing to support the game. Ergo, the game is still supported and still a rejected request.

Ugh huh, right... except that they don't give a rat's arse about it.
