Well, MI is good and all that, but the greatest pirate related[/b] game I've played is the Elite Frontier and Final Frontier. Reason: You could be a d**khead pirate as a pirate should be :max: running the most unappropriate goods to the most 'this is just wrong' place in the universe! :brain: (I've got a twisted sense of humour, I know)

I have played a few random pirate games that really arnt that good at all.
I want a proper running around finding crews, hijacking ships, looting and mugging people. Fighting with a complete and great fighting system and proper escape method's where you do evry thing. is there a game like this. :monkey_dance:

I had the first Pirates on Amiga. Then got Pirates Gold later and now have the new Pirates. As much as I love the old pirates I have to admit the new one is better. This does not often happen with so called new and improved versions. The new P :monkey_dance: irates is really great though,..and I (as hard as it was) waited till it got down to 20 bucks. This one IS worth the money! Oh how about SEA DOGS? It's not bad except you can only head one way it seems from island to island, thus not being able to avoid a fight.

monkey island would have been cool,ifthe talk to the dog thing wouldnt have been so annoying and funny games pretty much s*ck for me, its somehow not funny for me if i have to translate jokes even though when they are simple,with movies the same i have no clue why and im not talking about dialogues were there are words i dont understand. pirates would have been the greatest if they wouldnt have ruined the gamelplay with the ultra slow sailing, how long does it take for sailing how stupid???? or the when people run away from you for nothing thats so silly .....
i rather like those simple games like that hack and slash action pirates game they had on amiga
by the way wich monkey island part was it anyway with the fat guy who was lieng in the bed and had 3 pipe from which different food flow into his mouth??
but anyway i think only the 3rd part was good
