Goats are known as crazy animals.
I even saw some movies of goats that fainted when somebody would yell

I know the dog of my neighbours went insane.
started jumping up and down uncontrolably.
had to be put down when it nearly killed a child

Yeah I never really liked dogs. One killed my brothers cat when it was only 6 or 7 months old.

If you train dogs right and treat them as your friends, they never bite you or your family. But if you buy a dog and put it on chain and let it be just a guarding machine that needs food and water and roof over the head, there's no wonder it'll become mad. They need society too, like any other living creatures. And if they aren't able to be in society, they become jealous and in the process can attack anyone suddenly, without warning.
